KRide and TracTive Suspension Upgrades for 4×4 Vehicles
Kincer Chassis has partnered with TracTive Suspension to bring new shocks to the market, specifically for 4×4 vehicles. We decided to pursue the TracTive system because of its simple interface and impeccable track record.
The TracTive Suspension system is used on extremely high-end, niche cars such as Pagani, Dallara, and Donkervoort as OEM. It also has an extensive record on the racetrack, with many teams opting for the TracTive system.
Combining our knowledge of 4×4 suspension and TracTive’s expert knowledge in shocks, we have developed the absolute best RIDE for on/off-road vehicles.
Change Your Shock Settings While Driving with TracTive Suspension
The ACE (Activity Controlled Electronics) kit is what brings these shocks to life. The kit consists of all wiring, a controller, a patented DDA valve, and a user-friendly touchscreen.
While in action, the controller receives data from a sensitive multi-axis g-sensor, telling it what the vehicle is doing. Using advanced algorithms developed from decades of racing and testing, the controller sends the appropriate amperage to each DDA valve independently. The DDA valves are located directly on the shock piston bodies, which is the optimal location for performance.
Based on the amperage received, these dynamic proportional valves act as a bypass to increase or decrease flow. This change in flow makes the shock softer or firmer for maximum performance.
All of this happens within 6-10 milliseconds!
With the “ACE” system, the driver can change the shock settings through the touchscreen mounted inside the vehicle. With 5 completely customizable modes, instantaneously changing the damping of the front axle, rear axle, pitch, and roll is at your fingertips!
