Our 4-door Bronco chassis is very similar to the options offered on our 2 door Adventure series chassis but we’ve stretched the 2-door Bronco frame 31” longer than stock and included two extra body mounts and a transfer case skid plate standard.

In collaboration with Dennis Carpenter, the leading name in classic Ford bodies, we’re proud to offer a custom 4-door Classic Bronco body tailored for those who want more space without compromising the vintage appeal. This stretched Bronco gives you a three-row truck with room to carry all your people and gear.

This vintage four-door Bronco body comes with bolt-on upper B-pillars that provide a filler panel between the front & rear door window frames and a welded flange for the placement of door seals.

The 4-door Bronco body, crafted by Dennis Carpenter, offers unparalleled quality, constructed entirely from premium steel. While preserving the Classic Ford Bronco aesthetics, it gives you all the enhanced features and advantages of a four-door vehicle. Every component is stamped from new tooling and is made of automotive-grade steel. The assembly takes place at Dennis Carpenter Ford Restoration Parts in Concord, NC, where advanced welding fixtures and the latest spot welding technologies are used, ensuring precision and durability.

With our chassis and their body, you’ll have the baddest Bronco on the road with all the room and space you’ll need and all the opportunity in the world to make new memories that will last forever! The chassis and the body must be purchased together but the powertrain and 4-door sport cage from Krawlers Edge are optional.

Historically, the classic Early Bronco was only available as a 2-door.
